Censorship in India ??

Has anyone received messages such as the one above ? They are coming up more and more and I dont know whether they are a technical glitch or a sign of censorship.

Any information gratefully received.

    It's all the beginnings of censorship! I have it ready to blog about, but I'm so damn irritated that I 'm afraid I'll offend ...
