Hello welcome to my Blog

Mezze is widely served in the Greek and Middle eastern world. An assortment of little dishes and tasters which accompany a nice ouzo or a glass of wine. So when you read mezze moments you will have tasty snippets of life as I live it, India for four years and now Brisbane Australia, all served up with some Greek fervour and passion.

Coral Coast Capers

Travelling up the Western Coast we chose the Indian Ocean Drive which takes us past lovely coastlines and small towns - Today's blog is a mixed bag of that coastline trip.

A pet dingo at the Market in Jurien. Nice set of teeth, good with the family's kids but no one else!

We took a walk down this path and immediately understood the reason for the name. Look at those colours in Jurien Marine Park and foreshore.

The banksias are flowering with these intense orange flowers all along the roads and coastline.
The roads are good - the distances interminable and the vistas broad.
In Geraldton some of the bent trees. Yes the winds are strong in WA.
The Pink Lake near Kalbarri which has a certain algae in it which turns it pink.
An emu wandering along in the scrubland.
