Rain and puddle jumping. Granny's apples fallen over the lawn, no apple pies to feed growing boys anymore. Wind swirling through the Tube. People tightly packed in Peak Hours. Hair in turmoil. City buzzing in spite of Brexit and Boris or so it seems. Some hitherto unknown corners throw up some interesting historical figures.
